New life is all around us

We are having a lovely time with the chicks inn Apple class at the moment. We have been very lucky this year as all 10 eggs hatched and all the chicks are doiong well. Mrs Hunt, Miss Pelly and the children of Apple Class have been entertaining us with Chick News and next week, children in other year groups will be able to come and see them at lunchtime. 

In assembly today, I shared some amazing wildlife cams and I thought you might like to see them too. The Blue Tit is currently sitting on 7 eggs and barn Owl chicks have hatched. It is amazing to see the dedication the birds put into looking after their babies.
