A super creative World Book Day at NKS

We had such a wonderful World Book Day at NKS. We have a new tradition where Miss Claxton, Mrs Preston and Mr Leach wrap and hide books in each classroom for the children to find. The children then have a day of activities based on the book. This year, it was encyclopedias! We are making a whole school encyclopedia to keep in the office for our visitors to enjoy. 

The children were also given a paper plate to take home. They were challenged to decorate it in the style of a favourite book. The plates were all so amazing I made a video of all the plates to show in assembly. I have put it here for you to enjoy too.
