Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium is an element of school funding aimed at improving the outcomes of pupils who are or have been entitled to Free School Meals in the last six years.

The pupil premium is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England. It’s designed to help disadvantaged pupils of all abilities perform better, and close the gap between them and their peers.

All of the activities that we use are monitored, reviewed and adjusted on a regular basis and are designed to diminish the difference between disadvantaged pupil and their peers.

The pupil premiuim strategy is reviewed at the end of each school year; following that we will move to a 3-year cycle of planning for our Pupil Premium children.
